Service Area

We currently offer courier delivery through Uber Direct within Miami, Miami-Dade County, and Broward County. Orders outside this footprint may be declined or converted to in-store pickup.

Order Processing

Orders received during store hours are typically released to a courier within 60 minutes. High-volume periods, severe weather, or inventory issues may extend processing times.

Fees and Timing

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance and courier availability. You will see the final fee before confirming payment.

Estimated arrival windows are provided by Uber and may change in real time. Customers receive SMS or app notifications directly from the courier platform when available.

Verification at Hand-Off

A 21+ adult must be present with a valid ID that matches the order name. Couriers will not release products to minors or to anyone who cannot present matching identification.

If verification fails, the order will be returned to the store and may incur an additional restocking or redelivery fee.
