Contact us immediately after placing an order if you need to cancel or edit it. If the order has not been prepared or assigned to a courier, we can void the payment without penalty.
Once an order leaves the store, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, the order will be treated as a completed sale and no refund will be issued.
All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. You have seven (7) days from pickup or delivery to report the issue so we can determine if a replacement or credit is warranted.
We respond to most cancellation or damage inquiries within one business day.
